Start off with a glass container with a lid. Layer rocks at the bottom of the container and then add a sheet of landscaping fabric that fits the container. Next later is a small layer of good quality potting soil. I then sprinkled some Activated Carbon which can be purchased that the Pet store on the Fish filter isle. The Activated Carbon keeps the terrarium fresh. Cover with another layer of potting soil. Now start making a hole for your chosen plant. I purchased some small ferns and a polka dot plant. I also bought some Irish Moss to add in to make a carpet in the open spots. Place your plants as you like allowing some room for growth. And cover with the lid. No need to water, it will make it's own Eco system in the terrarium. If it does get a little too steamy in the terrarium you can always take the lid off for a little while to relieve the steam but just know that the moisture is part of the Eco system and self watering of the plants.

Remove those white scorch marks from your table in 30 seconds
It was an accident that this occurred to be honest, I was actually trying to attach one of those cheap decals to his shirt for his birthday but while following the directions, it removed the white spot so I thought I would share it.

Sneak Peak
So this is just a little sneak peak of the chalk board closet door for my baby girl's room. There are 2 things I am planning on completing before showcasing the entire room but this is just a little tease before the unveiling.
Welcome to The Fratt House
